About Kat
Hi there! I'm Kat, and I work alongside our amazing Zap Integrate team, occasionally pretending I'm in charge (spoiler: I'm actually the director, but don't tell anyone - I like to be in the thick of the action with the team!).
I spend my days working on our roadmap to continue making e-commerce easier for everyone. After seeing one too many Shopify store owners pulling their hair out over product management, I knew we had to build something better. Now I get to lead our mission to free businesses from manual admin chaos.
When I'm not dreaming up new automation features or chatting with customers, or generally spinning plates doing what I absolutely love, you'll find me writing about how to make Shopify stores run smoother than a well-oiled machine, among other things I hope you'll find useful.
